One of the strategies for the specialization of IDE's activity is well represented by  certain products, which are specially manufactured following the customer's requirements. They are the so-called combination units, and they can be manufactured within 24 hours in order to satisfy any demand on the electrical sector.
The incorporation of precision machinery and high technology is essential in order to be able to offer these electrical assemblies, personalized in a record time, at a reasonable cost.
Tecnology
IDE seeks perfection on its production process and the main efforts are focused to achieve the best results by adapting the most advanced technology. Our premises are adapted for the automatization and consecution of all production processes.
The premises have been designed to favour the automation and securing of the various production processes. In the Zuera plant, where all the metallic cabinets are designed and manufactured entirely, the latest automated robotics technology has been implemented, what permits to offer the highest-quality products to the clients.
Design and Quality
In IDE, we believe in converting both design and technological innovation in essential characteristics of all our products and it is because of this that all of them have their own identity, making them exclusive amongst others. IDE also has a R&D department where all the projects are conceived, so as all the products are entirely designed within the company, with the possibility to be patented this way.
 IDE products are made using only high-quality raw materials, and suppliers are subjected to periodical checks so as to guarantee the best results in the production process. For IDE, the guarantee of its products is essential and, therefore, it tries very hard to comply with the rigorous parameters, as it could be the IP protection rate, the glow wire resistance and the impact resistance.
As a result of the quality of our products and the methodical work process implemented, IDE has been granted with the highest international quality standards like VDE, ÖVE, IQ-NET or AENOR. And then the products and the production processes are therefore guaranteed.
